The Quaker Corporation was founded over thirty years ago by Enrique J. Millares (E.J.) for the purpose of providing specialty contracting services to the highway and bridge construction industry. Beginning with fence, guide rail, and highway signing, our scope of services has expanded to include foundation drilling, heavy hauling, crane rental, prestressed deck and structure steel erection. We now service a broad client base including municipality, utility, electrical and private construction firms.
